Position Name: Customer Service Representative

Our location in Regina, SK is looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will use your 2-5 years of experience to assist in providing customer service to telephone and walk-in clients. During telephone calls you will; supply pricing information, schedule service appointments, dispatch deliveries, handle complaints and seek creative solutions for our clients regarding product support, vital safety questions, account creation, and billing reconciliation. You will also be responsible for achieving back office and customer service objectives as set by the Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- Practice and reinforce excellent customer service skills in customer interactions on the telephone or in person
- Inspect, fill and load propane cylinders for drivers and customers
- Accurately input and maintain customer data
- Respond to customer complaints
- Generate sales and revenues as an inside sales representative of parts and service
- Make credit and collection calls to customers as required to reach A/R goals
- Assist in scheduling service work and dispatch delivery tickets
- Maintain Service Center office and plant or yard for a professional appearance
Requirements
- Able to work independently
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years in customer service industry preferred
- Strong computer, telephone and communication skills
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
